Virtual Assistant

**About Us:**

TFD Media is a Media Production and Digital Marketing company. We specialize in Real Estate Marketing providing Photography, Videography, Drone Aerials, and Floor Plans for Real Estate Agents in London and surrounding areas. In addition, we periodically do larger commercial productions and other one-off video shoots. I am currently looking to add a virtual assistant to the team.

**Position Overview:**

I am looking to hire my “Time Saver” but Administrative Assistant sounds more professional. 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and prioritize emails, calendar, and appointments for the owner

- Maintain organized files and documents

- Facilitate client communication and manage inquiries

- Assist with social media postings

- Assist with basic ‘prep-editing’ for photo and video projects (no prior editing experience required)

- Handle administrative tasks as assigned by the owner

**Requirements:**

- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Must be able to speak ‘English’ & ‘Social Media’

- Familiarity with Google software along with Mac hardware

- Trustworthy and reliable, with a commitment to professionalism


**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity

- Interest in the media industry and willingness to learn about photo and video production

- Familiarity with Adobe photo and video editing software is a plus, but not required
